2.3 Information from other sources

We may receive information from business partners (for example, channel partners involved in a referral), event organizers, enrichment or CRM tools, publicly available professional sources (such as company websites or LinkedIn), or other users at your organization who include your contact details in a request. We combine this with information we already hold where appropriate for B2B sales and support.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Respond to demo requests, inquiries, and support questions;
  • Qualify and manage sales opportunities and partner referrals;
  • Send transactional or service-related messages;

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use;
  • Support corporate transactions (merger, financing, acquisition) subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. These may be first-party or set by providers such as analytics, tag management, CRM/marketing automation (for example, HubSpot), and hosting platforms (for example, Vercel). Categories typically include:

  • Strictly necessary: Site security, load balancing, essential functionality;
  • Analytics / performance: understand traffic and improve the Site (for example, Vercel Web Analytics, or Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager where enabled);
  • Functional: remember preferences;
  • Advertising / attribution: measure campaign performance where enabled.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features. Where required by law, we will present a cookie banner or preference center before non-essential cookies are set.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with:

  • Service providers / processors who assist us under contract, including website hosting, CRM and form processing (e.g., HubSpot), analytics (e.g., Vercel, Google), email and communications tools, security, and professional advisors;
  • Channel and technology partners when you request an introduction or when a partner-led opportunity requires coordination (for example, regional channel partners), limited to what is needed for that purpose;
  • Affiliates under common control, for the purposes described in this Policy;
  • Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Parties to a corporate transaction, subject to confidentiality and continued protection consistent with this Policy.

We require service providers to use personal information only to perform services for us and to protect it appropriately. We do not authorize them to use Site-derived personal information for their own independent marketing without your consent, except as permitted by their own notices when you interact with them directly.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business relationship records, comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context (for example, active sales pipeline vs. routine analytics logs). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information consistent with our practices and technical constraints of backups.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use unique passwords for any accounts and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access related to the Site.
